1. To approve Changes and additions No. 4 to the Personnel Policy in accordance with the submitted draft.
2.  To implement Changes and Additions No. 4 to the Personnel Policy approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of this decision, effective as of the first business day following the date of approval.
