On the Matter of “The Report on the Execution of the Central Securities Depository’s Budget for 2026 for the First Half of 2026” 
To take note of the report on the execution of the Central Securities Depository’s budget for 2026 for the first half of 2026.
On the Matter of “The Conclusion on the Results of the Analysis of the Central Securities Depository’s Investment Portfolio (Results of Investing the Central Securities Depository’s Own Assets), the Exposure of the Central Securities Depository’s Investment

Portfolio to Risks, and Information on the Market Risk Management System as at 1 July 2026” 
To take note of the conclusion on the results of the analysis of the Central Securities Depository’s investment portfolio (results of investing the Central Securities Depository’s own assets), the exposure of the Central Securities Depository’s investment portfolio to risks, and the information on the market risk management system as at 1 July 2026.

On the Matter of “The Corporate Secretary’s Key Performance Indicator Scorecard”
To make the following amendment to the Key Performance Indicator Scorecards of employees reporting to the Board of Directors (excluding members of the Management Board), with target values for 2026:
In the Corporate Secretary’s Key Performance Indicator Scorecard, in row 3, column 1, the words “software commissioning certificate” shall be replaced with the words “functional specification accepted for implementation by the Central Securities Depository’s product team”.
