Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) informs that on June 12, 2026, an absentee voting of members of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depository took place, at which the following decisions were made:

On the issue “About changes and additions No. 19 to the Budget Policy”
1.   To approve changes and additions No. 19 to the Budget Policy as amended according to the submitted draft.
 2.    To put into effect changes and additions No. 19 to the Budget Policy upon thirty calendar days from the date of approval.

On the issue “About the report on execution of the budget of the Central Securities Depository for 2026 for the first quarter of 2026”
To take note of the report on execution of the budget of the Central Securities Depository for 2026 for the first quarter of 2026.

On the issue “About the report on execution of Major Work Plan-2026 for the first quarter of 2026”
1. To take note of the report on execution of the Major Work Plan-2026 for the first quarter of 2026. 
2. To take note of the report on execution of Additional Work Plan for the first quarter of 2026.

On the issue “About postponing the term of early termination of powers of the Head of Internal Audit Service of the Central Securities Depository Ryspay M.B.”
1. To cancel the previously adopted decision of the Board of Directors on early termination of powers and termination of the employment contract with Ryspay M.B. (absentee voting protocol No. 24 (h) dated April 28, 2026). 
2. To make changes to the decision of the Board of Directors (minutes of the meeting dated November 28, 2024 No. 96) with regard to the term of office of the IAS Head M.B. Ryspay defining the date of termination of her powers and termination of the employment contract on October 30, 2026 at 18:00 Almaty time. 
3. To take note that a remote work format is being established for Ryspay M.B. for the period from June 15 to October 30, 2026.
