By the resolution of the Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) adopted by absentee voting held on July 10, 2026, Changes and Additions No. 14
to the Introduction to the Code of Rules of Central Securities Depository JSC have been approved.
The amendments provide for:
updating the list of activities carried out by the Central Securities Depository in line with the amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Securities Market;
clarifying the distinction between tariffs and fees in accordance with the new version of the Regulations on Tariffs and Fees;
supplementing the glossary with new concepts, terms and abbreviations for use in the Code of Rules of the Central Securities Depository.
The amendments shall enter into force on July 31, 2026.
The amendments relating to the EU CSDR regime shall apply to legal relationships arising from June 1, 2025.
Changes and Additions No. 14 to the Introduction to the Code of Rules of Central Securities Depository JSC have been published under the [Changes and Additions] tab of the [Introduction to the Code of Rules] subsection in the [Rules] section of the Central Securities Depository's website.
The updated text of the Introduction to the Code of Rules of Central Securities Depository JSC, as amended by Changes and Additions No. 14, will be published under the [Current Version] tab of the [Introduction to the Code of Rules] subsection in the [Rules] section of the Central Securities Depository's website.
