Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository), adopted by absentee voting held on 10 July 2026, Changes and Additions No. 8
to the Rules for the Implementation of Certain Banking Operations have been approved.

The amendments provide for:

streamlining the types of bank accounts opened by the Central Securities Depository for its clients of different categories

establishing a special servicing procedure for the National Investment Corporation

specifying the Specifics of the Implementation of Depository Activities and Certain Banking Operations by Accounting Organisations under the EU CSDR Regime

introducing an obligation for clients of the Central Securities Depository to fund their bank accounts upon the request of the Central Securities Depository for the purpose of paying fees charged by third-party organizations

introducing additional risk management measures, including measures aimed at preventing fraud

making terminological and editorial clarifications.

The amendments shall enter into force on July 31, 2026.

The provisions of the amendments relating to the EU CSDR Regime shall apply to legal relationships arising on or after 1 June 2025.

The provisions of the amendments relating to the funding of bank accounts upon the request of the Central Securities Depository shall apply to legal relationships arising on or after 1 January 2026.

The provisions of the amendments relating to the special servicing procedure for the National Investment Corporation shall apply to legal relationships arising on or after 1 January 2026.
